Tiki Beach Too is a Newly Renovated, 2 bedroom/2bathroom, charming town home in enchanting Truman Annex, in the heart of Old Town Key West. Queen bed in Master Bedroom, full size in second bedroom, fold out queen bed in couch, gated back patio with gas grill, lounge chairs, table and chairs, 42' flat screen TV, kitchen with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable week stay, great little covered front porch with table and chairs to watch all of the action on Southard street, gated pool access 100 steps from the house, and one free parking spot 100 feet from front porch. (Please note that we only have one parking spot for the townhouse. Most parking in Key west is paid). Located just three blocks from Duval and only two blocks to the Green Parrot Bar! We are a sister property with Tiki Beach #289568 on VRBO

No better location

This condo in Shipyard Complex is at an outstanding location. Minutes away from Duvall Street and great restaurants like Blue Heaven. Also close to the Truman Annex Park which features a Farms Market on Thursday and cocktail hour on Friday aboard the Coast Guard ship docked there. The Zachary Taylor park and beach are easily walkable. The condo also gives you access to a nice pool. The condo itself is clean, but could use some practical updates. For example hooks on the backs of door or in the bathrooms. Overall need more clothing space ie drawer space. The racks in the dishwasher need to be replaced. The patio furniture is not what is featured online. It’s a bit rusty and umbrella over patio needs to be replaced. Nonetheless, we had a fabulous time here!!

Winter getaway

Always like the annex. Usually stay by seaport but came early so booked Tiki. Fun to ride bikes use deck and pool. Over all relaxing time

Great Location and amenities

We have been to Key West for Fantasy Fest at least 8 times. The location is perfect to view the Saturday parade and is close to Duval Street. It's far enough to be quite in the evening and close to a park for walking dogs. Two bikes are provided, which came in handy for the younger folks in our group. Would definitely rent again!

Great location

We had an initial “hiccup” but Debra rectified it immediately. She treats her guests well and is extremely responsive and accommodating. This location is fantastic if you want walking proximity to Duval/Fort Zach/Mallory Square and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Moving to Key West

Location was perfect! Nice pool! The condo looked "tired". Could have been cleaner, especially the outdoor space. Seating for 4 if you'd all like to watch TV is awkward.

Fantastic! Close but Quiet.

Perfect location! Close to all the action but a quiet neighborhood to retreat to after a full day. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Sweet Spot

Tiki Too is in a great location. Just 3 blocks from Duval and SO quiet. For families there's a splash pad in Truman Waterfront Park that's only steps from the front door. The park has also been developed beautifully that if you prefer a more intimate viewing of sunset, it's less than a 2 minute walk. The property was nice, overall. Needed some maintenance, but I communicated with the manager and hope that at least most of it gets taken care of. Be forewarned, there are critters that make a mess of the back deck every night. We almost thought there was an iguana/lizard poop party going on while we slept. And we left nothing out to draw them to the place. Overall, I give the place and our stay a solid B. Some upkeep needs be done and it could easily attain an A! :-)

Cute place

This was our 1st trip to Key West and this treasure made it more enjoyable. It was clean and plenty big for the 4 adults. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was neat and functional. Location was perfect. It was 2 blocks off Duval street, a short walk from Mallory Square and all the great restaurants. We would love to come back and hopefully we will be able to book this sweet place again

Cute clean place

Very unhappy that had 3 TVs and not one worked Howard did get in touch with someone and they were going to try to fix it ..... we did get an email about the two in bedrooms not working but the one in the living room wasn’t fix and someone came in and changed out the patio furniture and other things. We were not aware someone would be coming in and out with our us there ...also we had electric problems blew a breaker I guess and blew up a hair dryer .. not safe better look into that not in first bathroom only second one .

Perfect location, clean, with great amenities

This property is well kept, updated, and was perfect for our family. We love the location that is walkable to Duval, Sunset Pier, and the State park. There is a dedicated parking spot too. The place has a large kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, as well as a nice deck. You also have access to the pool. You can’t get much better than this - we would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place to stay.

Great accommodation. Easy to walk anywhere. Living room is slightly small, but the back deck, more than made up for it. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. Very close to the pool. Will stay here again on my next trip to Key West.

Just ok

Great location! Was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. We had to clean the toilet. Closets were full of junk, vacuums, tall fan, Christmas wreaths, small table, empty boxes. We had to move stuff so we could hang clothes. Bedroom was very small, lacked closet space and small bedside drawers were filled with cables. Front deck furniture needed to be wiped down - extremely dirty - one broken chair. Back Deck was ok but Neighbors on both sides very close and a balcony above - not very private. Stripped beds before leaving and mattress had a blood stain. Our friends indicated their bedroom was noisy due to mechanicals in the closet. Also indicated lack of closet space. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Not much seating in living room - only a couch. No table - only counter chairs. We spent most of our time on the deck or out enjoying Key West. Could be a nice if it was more cared for and offered more closet space or storage options. Don’t think I would return.

Great Location

The property size was perfect for our needs as was the location. Our only disappointment was the fact that there was only one bike and not the two that was advertised. If I could make a suggestion, hooks on the back of bedroom and bathroom doors would be helpful. Otherwise the place was great!

The location of this property was perfect for us as we could walk most everywhere. The manager was very prompt with reply's and relaying needed info. We enjoyed the patio area and pool. The living area is small but having 2 bathrooms is a plus for the 5 of us(women). Sandy

Christmas 2019

Lovely place to relax. We laughing, played, exercises and ate, then repeated. Tiki Too was centrally located making it easy to walk all around, from the Southernmost point to Sunset pier. Debra was easy to reach, the place was comfy, clean, and just what we needed.

Tiki Too Good For You

The Truman Annex is the best of all places to stay in Key West. It is safe, within walking distance to all and a very friendly community of people. Tiki Beach Too is well supplied with everything you would need. The kitchen had spices, cleaning supplies and paper products as well as cooking pots etc The washer/dryer is state of the art. The only downside was upon arrival it was apparent the place was not clean. The owner offered to send the cleaning crew back in, but we had already cleaned ourselves. Lovely stay
