It is newly built private entrance walk out basement have three bed room with queen bed, one full bath, kitchen, Dining, Living with Laundry Room

Private access to the basement at the west side of the house and paved concrete all the way to the room entrance.

No smoking within the house
No noise allowed after 11 pm it is quiet time

Excellent walk in basement.

The property was really clean and fit 3 adults very comfortably. The beds were nice and the check in process was straightforward. We were attending an event at the Aurora Sports Park. The drive there was very convenient (5 minutes). I would definitely stay there again.

It’s a shared rental in a basement with a family that lives upstairs. You have to walk all the way around the house to enter the rental. And the owner tried to charge me a 400 cleaning fee because the smoke alarm went off while we were cooking. Wouldn’t recommend if you value privacy.
