Lovely yurt in a beautiful setting, awesome hosts. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Mike and Shannon went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided fun activities for the kid.
The property was fantastic. It provided the perfect relaxing getaway. Seeing the deer was a treat. The yurt was adorable and cozy. The hosts are super kind and was very hospitable. Would definitely stay there again.
10/10! This place was so cozy and peaceful. The owners were so friendly and definitely make sure you're taken care of. The outdoor shower was so amazing. The yurt was very nice and comfortable. Only about an hour from Seattle and close by the amazing Granite Falls, ice caves, hiking trails, etc. Would highly recommend if you're planning a trip to the pacific northwest!
The quant retreat gave a feeling of being deep in the forest, even with the animals next door. The owners were kind and thoughtful to our needs, as well as going ubove and beyond our expectations. They reminded me of the spirit of Verbo, in the creative, unique, and lovely stay that we had.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Shannon and Mike are exceptional hosts who greeted us with delicious homemade scones and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The yurt is cozy, beautifully maintained, and a perfect base for exploring the Mountain Loop area. We especially loved the outdoor shower, the beautiful gardens, and sweet Lucy, who completely stole our hearts. As the listing mentions, this is a rural property, so you’ll hear the sounds of country life. For us, the neighboring roosters and even the resident geese ended up providing some of the biggest laughs of the trip! The earplugs provided suddenly made perfect sense. If you’re looking for complete silence, it’s just something to keep in mind, but for us, it was all part of the experience.Shannon and Mike have created such a special place, and it’s obvious how much love and care they’ve put into every detail. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Thank you Faye, it was an absolute joy to host you and your sister and we are so glad you had a wonderful time. We hope to see you again!
What an incredible space Shannon and Michael created. Easy access to all the beautiful sites in the surrounding area, but the star of the show was definitely the yurt and magical outdoor living experience it provided. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed waking up and having my morning cup of coffee and feeling the cold crisp air on my face. The firepit kept me warm and when I was ready for sleep, felt like i was sleeping in a 5 star resort. One of the best nights sleep I've had away from home. Something really special about falling asleep und the stars with the full moon shining thru the dome! Shannon really made every aspect of my stay special! BTW the outdoor shower is life changing. Looking forward to my next visit!
