The home was cozy and located in a nice area. This home was clean and comfortable. The only thhing i would have like to have is more coffee cups and dish liquid. Other than that no complaints and was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.
We arrived on Friday evening and found the house right away because it was very easy to get to. Everything in the house was as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive when contacted. I would definitely rent this home again.

Thank you for choosing our place for your getaway and for being great guests!
On the second night of our stay the water from the hot and cold facets as well as the toilet were all brown. I contacted the host via message around 6 AM, when I did not hear back I called VRBO customer service and they said they could do anything. I received a phone call around 9:30 AM the individual did not identify them selves other than to say they knew I had requested to speak with someone about my complaint. I was getting ready to give a 2 hours presentation for a national conference being held in Beaufort so I could not talk. I let the person know that I talking to that my husband would be moving our things out while I went to my conference. I had to shower that morning in the brown water. I have asked for a refund but so far have not received any response other than criticism of how I handled the situation. DO NOT STAY HERE

Avril, we attempted to communicate that the city was flushing the pipes and the water in the home simply needed to be run for 5 minutes. We are aware you stayed in the home and eventually showered after receiving and following these instructions. The way in which you spoke to us on the phone was unprecedented in terms of disrespect and rudeness. The water issue was resolved the morning you were there, so we were not going to be bullied into providing you a refund after your hostility, aggression and unwillingness to follow the simple instructions we were providing.
We strive to provide every guest an exceptional stay, but sometimes things happen that are outside of our control and we do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
