We live in the Heart of the Driftless Region, also known as the Ocooch Moutains approximately 3 miles from the Kickapoo Reserve. We are close to scenic hiking, camping and world class fly fishing. We know this neighborhood quite well as we live in it ourselves not far from the cabin.

Why they chose this property

We have been watching this lovely little property for years and when we noticed it was vacant we offered to buy it. Over the last year we have enjoyed rehabbing it and making it a welcoming spot for visitors to the region.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of its peaceful setting; nestled in amoungst Amish neighbors whom you may observe working thier fields and traveling about in thier buggies.
The cabin is within easy reach of the Kickapoo Reserve and Viroqua approximately 12 miles away. World class blue ribbon trout stream fly fishing is within a few miles of its location. The cabin itself can be described as a cozy modern day hermitage or writer's cabin complete with all the amenities, Wifi, full bath, queen sized bed, laundry, and full deck with firepit located on property.
