Picture this: a stunning waterfront complex nestled in paradise. This idyllic oasis offers breathtaking views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters right from the pool area.

Gorgeous brand new condo at Ocean Isles Fishing Village. This unique 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo has it all! The nautical decor will make you feel like you are in Paradise even while inside. It is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a partition wall providing a seperate sleeping area for 2 more guests (4 in total allowed).

Home features include 2 queen sized beds, one full sized sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 smart tv's, and an outdoor seating under the carport where one vehicle can be stored.

Property features include coin laundry on property, a club house, fishing from the dock, one of the largest swimming pools offering direct ocean views where you can watch sunrise or sunset (heated in the winter), and a ramp to launch kayaks or paddle boards.

It's truly a slice of paradise that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This condo does not have boat dockage for guests and unfortunately we are not allowed to launch boats at the ramp.

Only one vehicle can fit under the carport area.

There is a STRICT NO PET POLICY and NO SMOKING/VAPING!

** If these rules are broken you will be asked to leave the premises with a forfeit of your reservation balance and deposit.**

NO boats allowed on property or in Marina.

Great Stay and Location

Loved the amenities of the condo and the location was great. Owner was super responsive to my questions. Felt very safe and comfortable walking in the area. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay here again.

Snowbirding in the Keys

Very enjoyable stay in newly rebuilt condo complex. Very comfortable unit with full kitchen and two large screen smart TVs. Condo is elevated 12 feet above pavement with parking and seating underneath. Bedrooms one level above main floor, so must be able to handle steps. Community heated pool also elevated above surrounding grounds for beautiful 180 degree view of ocean and surrounding ports. Friendly neighbors welcome renters to community social gatherings. Boat dock serves as gathering spot for pelicans greeting incoming fishing boats. Even a manatee joined the group one afternoon.

Very clean, nice, new condo in Marathon, right across Rt1 from the airport. Really nice pool, waterfront seawall, and dock area where the kids could fish. We had manatees come through right where we were. It was a great stay and the owners/managers have done a great job of renovating the condo and keeping it up. The setup is a little weird. It's listed as only one bedroom, but there is a second bedroom(ish) right beside it. The second bed has no wall, but has a privacy curtain instead of a door and the walls between the bedroom and the second bed area don't go to the ceiling, probably because they share one AC unit and thermostat. This area of Marathon is a busy, commercial, four lane highway full of traffic lights. But, once you're in the gate to the condos, you wouldn't know it. It's a nice quiet, waterfront community. Moral of the story: If you're looking for a nice, clean, family friendly condo with nice pool and waterfront area, I would definitely recommend this, and would stay here again. If you're one of those people who books a condo across from the airport and then complains about the size of the condo and the airport noise, go stay at an all-inclusive.
