The place was very nice 4 bedrooms large Livingroom and the back yard was so nice with 2 tables around the pool .We spend a lot of time in the hot tub and pool and even shot a little pool on the outside pool table. Got to park our car in the garage to keep it cool, the place is close to stores and restaurant. Love having 2 bathrooms. The pool wasn't heated and we paid extra to have it heated but worth it. There are some small things about the place but nothing that would stop you from enjoying the wonderful place. Good value for the price and if you can find an opening I would say grab it fast. the owner was nice and went out of his way for us and stayed in good communication with us. I would rent from Terry again. This place is a real Gem

I stayed at the property for a full week and it was perfect. Great home especially the backyard you can grill and swim when the weathers good. Also within a mile walk of most food places and the beach!

Nice home in a neighborhood that is walking distance to a lot of the action in Lake Havasu. Terry cares a lot about his place and there were a few items that needed some work. Overall nice home and Terry (Owner) is easy to get a hold of and wanted us to have the best experience.

Terry was very nice and accommodation. This property was perfect for a family or people with 8 guests. Everyone had a bed. The pool table was a great extra and the guys had fun playing. The pool and jacuzzi are great for relaxing and especially great when we got back from the lake. Plenty of parking for our boat/trailer. Very close to the grocery store and boat launches. This location is great for a visit to Havasu, the 4 minute drive to the London Bridge, perfect position to the best eating locations in town, and overall location makes visit easy to enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Spring Break

House was spacious and accommodated all 10 of us with space to spare! The pool was perfect and hot tub was great. We played pool and had bbqs. The location was centrally located and was close to the lake and London Bridge and shopping as well. My mom said it had a good “vibe” there. We had everything we needed and Terry was a great communicator. We will definitely go there again!!
