The space

A beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and double sinks. Features a king bed, large closet stocked with bathrobes, beach bags, and hangers, and a private balcony with a glimpse of the ocean.

Across the hall, this bedroom features a queen bed, a connected bathroom with a shower tub, toilet, and single sink, a private balcony, a 40" Roku Smart TV, and a large closet with bathrobes and hangers

Two full bathrooms upstairs, each connected to a bedroom. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor.

Upon entering the home, you'll find a welcoming open room with a pull-out queen sofa bed and a desk — great for working from home or accommodating extra guests.

📺 Living Room

Impeccably decorated and perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Features a couch, two chairs, a gas fireplace, and a 50" Roku Smart TV. Glass doors open to a private patio with a firepit — ideal for enjoying those beautiful Santa Barbara evenings.

A dining table seats 6, conveniently located next to the kitchen and living room.

A fully remodeled kitchen with all new GE and Bosch appliances, stocked with everything from plates and spices to pots and cookbooks. A Keurig is provided to start your mornings off right. ☕

The home has both AC and heat — comfortable year round.

Located in the closet at the top of the stairs. Laundry detergent is provided — if more is needed or a specific brand is preferred, guests are welcome to purchase their own.

Two private balconies — one off each bedroom. A patio off the living room features a firepit, perfect for cozy Santa Barbara nights.

🚗 Parking 

One uncovered parking spot in the community and one parking spot in front of the garage are included. Please note the garage itself is not available for parking, but feel free to use it to store items like strollers, bikes, or boxes.

📶 WiFi & Entertainment 

High-speed WiFi throughout the home — router located in the front room. All TVs stream Netflix and other streaming services. Board games available in the hall closet.



🔑 Check-in & Guest Access 

The entire home is yours to enjoy — make yourself at home! The only off-limits area is parking inside the garage. We're always just a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay!

Early luggage drop or late parking: Not available, as we can't monitor belongings or interrupt the cleaning crew between stays.

📷 No photo or video shoots without prior host approval.

👥 Max 6 overnight guests (children 2+ count toward the total).

🌙 Quiet hours: 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

🛋️ Please don't rearrange the furniture.

📋 Guests must follow HOA rules provided at check-in.

📋 A CAR Residential Month to Month Rental Agreement will be required to sign upon booking.
