Good, but could be improved.

The overall stay was good. The house is nice and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. HOWEVER, the house could use a deep cleaning. There seemed to be a lot of animal hair everywhere and some mold on the lining of the fridge. Other than that the house is perfect. The sleep number bed is a great addition to the house.

They hung cute Halloween decorations outside, there's a wide tub, and they have a sleep number king size bed. We thought the bedrooms were upstairs, but the entire apartment is upstairs. Once you enter there are quite a few stairs to the main area and more stairs to the loft where there is a murphy bed. There's a Roku TV in the living room and a TV in the main bedroom. The carpets should probably be replaced.

Great place in Orlando!

My wife and I were in town for a short conference. This place was an amazing oasis! Joe was a fantastic host and offered great communication at every turn. We felt extremely safe and cared for while there. We would recommend Park Central to anyone that is planning a stay in Orlando. Will definitely stay here again in the future if possible.
