Welcome to Fern Beach Hideaway on Lake Melissa! This new construction 2 bed, 1 bath is a guest house above-garage unit. It is well appointed with new stainless appliances, 2 queen beds, TV's in main living room and in bedrooms. Keurig coffee and maker in breakfast bar w/ dining table.
Other outdoor amenities are a wood burning firepit, hammock, propane BBQ grill, electric smoker, flat top grill, bean bag toss, lilly pad, standup paddle board, sand toys, and outdoor dining table (shared w/main cabin). We are minutes from Golf Courses, Restaurants, Bars, Shopping and Grocery.
