Featuring a King bed (plus a Queen sleeper sofa!) this cozy unit sleeps a total of 4. Inside is a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee maker with all the necessities, and everything else you might need! Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great property in great location

The property was very clean, with great amenities. The hot tub was clean and the property was in a great location. Less than 5 minutes from downtown but quiet enough for a great getaway. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect

Spent a week at this condo and was perfect for me enjoying a week long bike camp. Close to town, quiet, perfect size and layout. Cute decorations, secluded outdoor porch, shower had great pressure, kitchen with all the tools to easily eat in. Bed was comfy. The communication and support of these owners was 🙌. Thank you for a great week.

Anniversary trip

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to the Fredericksburg area. My wife and I enjoyed this clean, well appointed, relaxing retreat and would stay again.
