This somewhat secluded little 1 bd 1 ba corner unit is Lake Bird themed, centrally air conditioned and mere steps away from the coin operated laundry room, elevator and stairwell. Lounge, cool off and gas grill at the community pool. walking distance to dining, a movie theater and Rotary beach park. Trailered Boat parking available on a first come first serve basis located between the two complex's.

The unit is very small but clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth and Kipp was very responsive. Great location - check out the Lighthouse Lounge.

Good location

Centrally located. Just a couple blocks to the water.I will say that the intersection of Lake Havasu Rd. and Smoketree, is very busy. Can get noisy at times. The unit we stayed in was well stocked and comfortable.

A very clean and well kept condo. It has everything we needed and the location was great for us.The direction he gave was right on and the same with ck in. If we should come back to this area we would stay again Also I walk every day and the park 3 blocks away was very enjoyable.
