You will love your stay at our beautiful bungalow. The home is nestled on a large, luscious lot close to the river. There are lots of flowering plants in the yard attracting so many stunning butterflies. Enjoy shade under the massive oak, teeming with songbirds and an open air fire pit for those cool nights in the autumn and winter. Inside is exceptionally appointed and brand new undergoing a full rehab 2022-2023.

Enter the house into an open plan living room and kitchen area with views straight through the Florida room and into the expansive yard. The kitchen has stainless steel fridge, range, with range hood, microwave, oven and farmhouse sink. The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Cook up a storm, you have all that you need to make a gourmet meal.

The bungalow is a split plan, the master suite is to the right, it boasts a queen bed, electric fireplace and a cozy reading nook; it's a quiet little escape haven right in your bedroom. The laundry is adjacent, there is a stacked, high capacity Samsung washer/dryer and it leads through to the dreamy master ensuite featuring , a very large walk-in shower with mounted teak shower bench, rain shower head and a wall mounted handheld. There is a stainless steel towel warmer mounted on the wall.

On the other side of the house you will find the second bedroom has a cozy queen bed, Herman Miller side chair, wall mirror, cabinet and black out shades.. Bedroom three has a full sized Murphy bed in a cabinet, a workstation, closet and light- filtering, bamboo blinds. The main bathroom offers tub and shower combination, with mounted toilet, basin with cabinet and open storage shelves.

The Florida room has large glass windows, bringing the outside in. There are two supremely comfy, vintage, rattan chairs for whiling away the time reading, relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee.

The yard is inviting and peaceful, there is a deck/patio with a pair of teak chaises for taking the sun and a propane grill for bbq cookouts. It is fully fenced/gated with a fire pit for use on cool nights and fairy lights for enchantment when the sun goes down.

The bungalow in walking distance to town with its multiple eateries, breweries and independent shops. There is a large park along the riverfront with an amphitheater, an exercise area and a public boat launch for vessels. There is plenty of room here for vessel parking!

I just love sitting on the back deck, sipping coffee while listening to the birdsong and planning the future for our massive garden.
