O apartamento e super confortável, localização maravilhosa, os porteiros e síndicos super simpáticos, educados. Maria Bernadete sempre disponível tirando as dúvidas e me auxiliando no que precisei. No apartamento tem travesseiros, panos de chão, toalhas de mesa, panos de prato, papel higiênico... Estava chovendo muito, as TVs são antenas digitais, então ficaram sem sinal e os celulares também. A internet o sinal de wi-fi estava horrível no apartamento, apenas na área social dava para usar, mesmo assim instável. O condomínio tem uma área de lazer ótima o que nos ajudou muito, não ficamos entediados. Única coisa que faltou foi a Tv a cabo que supriria a falta de conexão com a internet. Voltaremos mais vezez com certeza.

Gostaria de poder descrever tudo o que achamos do apartamento mas faltaria espaço, o apartamento é maravilhoso, diria que melhor do que as fotos, tudo muito limpo, organizado, um condomínio extremamente limpo, piscinas ótimas, tudo muito seguro, as roupas de cama que estavam lá muito limpas, apartamento bem arejado, enfim foram dias muito bons, sem contar a educação, atenção e gentileza da proprietária Dona Bernadete, muito honesta e transparente e isso se estende aos colaboradores do condomínio, certamente voltaremos. Apartamento com dois dormitórios, sendo uma suíte, sala, banheiro, copa/cozinha, área com churrasqueira e área de serviço. Apartamento aconchegante com móveis novos, ar condicionado e ventilador de teto em todos os ambientes. A cozinha possui forno micro ondas, refrigerador, depurador, purificador de água e todos os itens necessários para o preparo de refeições. Ambiente super limpo e conservado. O condomínio conta com 03 piscinas, sendo uma aquecida e uma infantil, duas saunas, salas de jogos, brinquedoteca, parque infantil e espaço gourmet. O Condomínio Cedro e Cerejeira fica em um local privilegiado, a uma quadra da Avenida Atlântica e da Praia Grande. Todas as informações prestadas pela proprietária do apartamento referentes ao imóvel se confirmaram. A proprietária, muito atenciosa e educada, prestou de imediato todas as informações solicitadas. Resumindo, o apartamento é bem localizado, de ótimo padrão e novo. Sem receio, recomendo esse imóvel a todos que queiram um lugar aconchegante, tranquilo e com muitas opções de lazer.
