Perfectly located to enjoy the Coast, City and Mountains. A five-minute walk to the breathtaking Killiney Bay with its sweeping coastal views. Stunning Executive Suite on one of Killiney's most Historic Estates.
Warm, calm, and welcoming, the Executive Suite has been carefully furnished throughout. Its airy open-plan layout makes it ideal for trips where you can relax, cook, laugh, and most importantly reconnect again. We know those special moments just happen naturally, and the relaxed vibe here is the right setting.
The Executive Suite has its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The Valclusa Estate is one of the largest Estates (5 acres), still held in private ownership in Killiney. It is only a five-minute walk to what is widely regarded as one of the most spectacular coastlines in Dublin and indeed Ireland.
We have paid attention to the details and want your stay with us to be as enjoyable as possible. The Norwegian duvets on the beds, a generous supply of pillows, and the beds will always be presented in immaculate condition. It's how you start your day, and we feel it can be the make and break of a stay.
The property is very secure and tranquil and there is secure parking allocated for two cars in the visitors' car park. There is also a 1 acre-hedged orchard available for your use to enjoy late summer evenings.
The Executive Suite is a preferred location for many film directors, music producers, writers, actors, musicians, and film studios including Universal, Netflix, History Channel, Vikings Valhalla, and the Irish Film Studio

I have to say best VRBO stay we have had hands down! I booked this for our 30th anniversary and wish I had booked it for 2 weeks not just one. Karen met us when we arrived and walked us to our suite explained and answered any questions we had. We felt welcomed and the property is beautiful, outside was the feel of a manor and inside was modern, comfortable and spacious. Close to so much, mountains the beach, shopping, even close to the famous Jonnie Foxes Pub the highest in Ireland and pretty cool place I recommend going. Basically we loved our stay and if we visit Ireland again it’s where we are staying no question.P.S. Ask and the Duke of Dorset and the monument in the picture I’m posting on this review, pretty cool.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Executive Suite as part of a combination work and holiday trip. The accommodations were comfortable and immaculate. The host was very helpful and responsive. And the location was perfect for walks to Killiney beach and Dart access. There’s a grocery and excellent pizza shop just a few minutes walk away. I hope my travels bring me back to this lovely home soon.

The Executive Suite is in a un setting, one of five remaining estates left in Killiney. Killiney is the most exclusive location in Dublin, its 5 mins to the beach, 15mins to the mountains and 25/30 mins to city centre. It on the direct fast train link, has access to M50 and N11. A car is great if you want to explore but if you dont want to drive you really could be better served by public transport
Everything was 5-star. From the communication with Karen to the well appointed flat and the beautiful grounds of the estate. We highly recommend anyone coming to the Killiney / Dalkey area consider staying here.
1. Karen was really easy to work with, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and gave us spot-on recommendations for food and things to do.2. The accommodation itself was private, bright, clean, and well appointed. The location could not be beat. We were a 10 minute walk to the train station (get that Leap card) with the beach just on the other side of the tracks. We highly recommend.
Beautiful place to stay. Hospitality was exceptional. Karen helped us tremendously. Spacious room, modern furniture, very comfortable bed, and lovely kitchen with new appliances. It had everything we needed and more. Location is nice, but I think it would have been better and easier to have a car. A bit remote, although you can walk easily to a small village for pizza, and a few groceries. Make sure you have the pin # for the taxi beforehand. A little challenging to find, but a gorgeous, quiet, and lovely property.
