Parking was on a hill but normal for this area. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood with several eating options close by. We had a great time! Biltmore estate is awesome to visit.
We had a great stay! Great location - we had wedding events in Asheville and Weaverville, so this was perfect.

I was shocked when we arrived for the eveningLawn was two feet tallCeiling tile in kitchen sagging, paint peeling on bathroom ceiling Over all not a good experience I did message owner you assured me he was going to get up there and make repairs but I would be make sure be I booked
Overall nice stay close to everything you need. Instacart is great for groceries and GrubHub food orders in no time to the house when we wanted to stay.
The host was very welcoming, immediately responsive to my messages, before, upon arrival and after we were there. Beds are very comfortable, nice quiet sleep and the couch was the hit for everyone. My daughter in law wants to get one for her house.
We arrived earlier than we expected and the owner responded quickly to check us in early, we are very thankful for that, the parking was small but overall it was a good stay. We enjoy it

It was a musty old house with a lot of damage, damaged furniture, and a cracked window. There was a huge plaster crack in the ceiling, the walls were scuffed Every dish in the cabinet was filthy. he offered dishwashing soap, but there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen to scour a pan or clean a pot with. Every frying pan they offered was Teflon and it was scratched beyond use so the steaks I brought with me to cook came home with me. It did have a nice washer and dryer and the beds were somewhat comfortable. The host responded promptly to my request, but was rather snarky. I don’t know what the market in Asheville brings but it was a somewhat convenient location. I definitely will not stay there again and I cannot recommend anyone in that price range not looking for something else. I said I don’t know the Asheville market, but it does not compare to other places and other markets. I’ve paid similar prices for.
My friends and I came for a weekend trip and this house was perfect for us!! It was a short drive to downtown. The owner was so helpful and responding so fast. The house was spotless and had a great amount of space for us. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Asheville.
Super clean and updated. Three bedrooms, one with 4 beds, was key for our group. Location was nice, real close to the interstate and less than 10 min to downtown Asheville.
This property was great for our girls trip - lots of lounging space (that couch is as AMAZING as it looks); plenty of beds, well appointed kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfy. The host was responsive when needed, and made it an easy check-in and check-out process. Only ten minutes from downtown Asheville. We'd absolutely book this spot again!
Adorable older home close to Asheville. Perfect spot for 8 adults. Kitchen table was small, but the family room and large couch were amazing. Neighbors cat was precious!
This is a wonderful property! Comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our 3 generations of family to visit. The location is quiet and convenient to all the wonderful things to do in Asheville. The host/owner responses made us feel so welcome. Hope to stay longer next time!
