This 3-bedroom 3 full bath fully renovated in 2021 house, is located in West Las Vegas-- Summerlin. It's only 17 miles drive to the strip but away from the strip noise. Uber is $20. Summerlin downtown, red rock casino, and Golden Knights training arena are ALL right a cross the street and walking distance from your neighborhood. The house has everything for a convenient stay! New gas grill!! centrally located to more than 25 national parks.
The space
This clean energy powered by full solar home is a great place to stay when you do not want to be on the strip but want access to all the strip activities when you want them. It is 10 minutes away from Red Rock Canyon. 17 miles from the Strip. Walking distance from Summerlin Downtown and Redrock Casino. 45 minutes away from the slopes of Mt. Charleston. 4 hours away from the ocean. 3 hours away from three national parks. Summerlin downtown (walking distance from the house) is full of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Mobil National Arena (home to the Golden Knights) is across the street from the community so you can watch practice games for free at the bar while drinking beer. With so much just around the corner and Uber driving you cheaply all over, you don't ever need a car anymore to stay locally.

Other things to note
Good news, the house has been fully renovated with new carpets, new furniture, new bedding, new kitchen attire, and brand new gas grill in the back yard for you to enjoy!!! There used to be a camera in the leaving room, but we took in down. There are no additional cleaning fees and we will clean every 15 days during your stay free of charge. The coffee machine is also new and an air fryer has been added. All four bedrooms are separate rooms with closing doors and each room sleeps at least two. One bedroom can have a small baby crib where a child up to 18 months old can sleep. Two rooms have folding full-size sleeper ottomans. There is a roll-in bed also available upon request at extra charge if people prefer sleep in separate beds! Please note that it accommodates 8 people, a small child and even an infant with the roll-inns. All linens are high quality and cotton. Pillows and mattresses have washable coverings that are washed after every guest. We want you to feel like home and as if you are the very first guest staying at a brand-new place! Please help us to keep the house that way by not damaging it. There is cable and high speed wifi in the house. If you are coming in late and did not have time to eat--let us know and we will put some food in the fridge that you are welcome to use (just pay us extra to do so).
