This was wonderful for our little three family groups to share enough space for everyone to have comfort of privacy and plenty of together spaces to hang out and have fun. Hosts were wonderful and communicated effectively and quickly. Definitely will be back!

The host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to make sure we had a perfect stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed (I think it was actually above and beyond as far as what was provided). Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, we only wish we had found this place earlier in our daughter's college career at Florida Tech! Location was also great, with lots of restaurants nearby.

We were a group of eight adults and tge bedrooms were perfectly outfitted for two married couples and the singles. Location was perfect with great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again!

Joshua was an exceptional host who truly exceeded our expectations. He answered all of our questions promptly, and the home had everything we could possibly need. We even forgot a baby gate for the stairs, and to our surprise, there was one waiting in the closet! From kitchen essentials to beach gear, the house was fully stocked and made our stay incredibly comfortable.
The fire pit was a hit! We roasted marshmallows and spent the evening hanging out under the lights.

Absolutely loved the Saltwater House in IHB. House was very spacious and described accurately online. From the pool table and ping pong table to the firepit and many many more available amenities this house has it all! We will definitely stay here again when we come to town. Easily one of the nicest rentals I've ever gotten. Close drive/walk to the beach and shopping (grocery/Starbuck). Amenities included made the trip (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table. Full kitchen and laundry. And super convenient to the neighborhood pool.

The Saltwater House could not have been better! Absolutely true to description and even larger than we expected. We were in Melbourne to celebrate our son's graduation, and wish we had discovered this house years earlier! So much more economical than the local hotels on Indiatlantic and so clean and well stocked.The house includes a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, board games, bikes, beach gear - as well as a massive patio space with BBQ and firepits. The community pool is directly across from the house, and while small, it's perfect for a quick dip. Driveway easily held 2 cars, 3 small, with overflow parking across the street. We had a house full of family and young men who love to fish so it was a perfect location for everyone to enjoy. The house is walkable to the beach, a 10-minute drive to some amazing restaurants just over the Eau Gallie bridge, or 15 minutes to downtown Melbourne. Publix supermarket just down the road to stock the house. Florida Tech 20 min. drive.It was a stressless booking and check-in thanks to Joshua, and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Lots of space near the beach

Our group of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids under 12) spent a week and there was lots of space for all of us while we visited family nearby for 4th of July. Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Townhouse location is very convenient as it is across the street from the community pool. Really great to have a washer/dryer given the pool/beach/kids. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our second stay here! Our family gathers for Thanksgiving each year and we chose this location near our dad who lives in Melbourne. We loved walking to the beach, playing games in the garage and enjoying our Thanksgiving dinner on the back patio. Highly recommend for fun family gatherings!

Our family of 8 spent a couple of days here for our Spring Break and there was more than enough room for everyone! Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Convenient location across the street from the pool. The garage with the pool table, ping pong table & darts was a big hit with the kids (& father!). Owner was very helpful and responsive. Best Rental Ever!

If you are planning a stay in the Melbourne, FL area, this is the place for you. Super clean with all the accommodations that travelers welcome. It is always a challenge to find rentals large enough to accommodate our growing family. This one delivered with 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, laundry room, game room, patio area and more. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, Publix and the beach. The host was gracious and communicative. With family members living nearby, we will be staying here again.
