No cable TV though the owner brought over an antenna that helped. Minimal kitchen utensils and china (only 5 plates and three wine glasses). Minimal towels. Exterior very nice.

Hi Kenneth, I’m truly sorry that my house doesn’t offer cable TV and had not quite enough kitchen supplies for your stay. After you told me, I already placed brand new 40 pieces 8 seatings China in the kitchen and bought more towels. Like I said, you were my first guests since my long term renters moved out 2 days prior. Sorry for the imperfections. My guests satisfaction is always my top priority and I hope you can come back in the future if you’re ever in town.

We absolutely LOVED this house. I traveled with my two sisters to Albuquerque to visit the Balloon Fiesta. This house was so close to town but yet in a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard was relaxing and we could actually see the balloons in the air from the front courtyard each morning. The beds were so comfortable and we had almost everything that we needed right at our fingertips. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. Dani was available to answer my questions and was extremely easy to talk with. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had an amazing time and made some special memories!

Beautiful Home

Lovely large home with great amenities both inside and out. Furnished comfortably with all the appliances needed. This home is close to shopping and food. Convenient for driving to the ballon festival or to ride share at the mall. Nice for a few or many, host was excellent. Would certainly stay again!

The house was great. Our family very much enjoyed it. A couple of thoughts:1. Instructions for how to use fireplace and outdoor grill. Since they are gas there was concern about mis-operation. So we were not able to enjoy those features2. Instructions for remote use. We were not sure about soundbar operation and managed to lose smart tv connection trying to figure out remotes.3. We would have preferred a little better/more kitchen/cookware option4. Right side closet in master bath had a really bad smell.

Hi Daniel, sorry that there were above things that didn’t quite meet your expectations during your stay. I didn’t have fireplace set up because it is a safety thing. I really don’t want any guests accidentally forget to turn it off, which could be catastrophic. I wish you could’ve asked me how to operate the sound bar or smart connection. I removed the sound bar now to minimize confusion. I can buy another set of pots and pans to better provide if I see more guests needs. Lastly, I’ll go check out the smell of the closet. Again, I thank you sincerely for choosing my home for your holiday stay!
