The gate will flash yellow light indicating the vehicle is too tall and the gate will not open. Guests with these vehicles must park in the parking lot across the street.) No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.



-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.

Property was very nice and I really appreciate that there are three bathrooms for three bedrooms! I like the kitchen layout. Beautiful sunsets from balcony! Very close to beach. I appreciate that we could use beach lounge chairs and umbrella without fees. Thank you.

Our experience staying at the Palazzo was average based on a few upgrades needed that are noted below. The location and pool were great. This condo is very outoutdated. The mattresses and box springs on all beds needs to be replaced! The brown chair in the living room was nasty. The dining room table is a hazard.The table was loose and wobbly with a heavy glass topper and the chairs were not sturdy. When we arrived, the TV remote did not work and we had issues with the air not cooling properly. We did notify Scenic Stays and they did respond promptly to help fix both issues. This condo would be awesome if a few major changes were made. We would gladly stay here again.

What a great condo! Classy building, with a nice pool and hot tub. The beach access is very pretty and has a sandal storage area which is a nice touch. Very clean building and amenities. The elevators were very prompt and fast with trash chutes on every floor so you don’t have to carry garbage far. The balconies were extra big. The unit it self was very spacious and the rooms all had their own bathrooms which was great. The kitchen was upgraded and came with all utensils and cooking items that were needed. I will 10000% stay here again!!!

We were very pleased with this rental unit. The location couldn’t be beat with restaurants nearby but it was in a quieter part of town. The views from the balcony were outstanding, looking right down into the water which made for great dolphin and stingray sightings! The unit itself was as advertised, although the photos led us to believe that the chairs and table on the balcony were the tall, bar height for viewing over the railing, but they are not. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the linens were high quality cotton….a lovely surprise! The master suite was huge and wonderful, but the other two bedrooms were disappointing in their tightness. Only one of the guest bedrooms is en suite. The other uses the hall bathroom. The parking garage comprises the first 4 floors of the building and there were plenty of spots open each time we returned to the building. One disappointment was that the tv’s are internet-only, so we were not able to access live tv of the major networks. All in all, we were very pleased with the rental and we would definitely return in the future.

Not the nicest unit.

I’ve stayed at palazzo before I really like palazzo but this unit was not very nice at all. If this would have been my first stay at palazzo I would not consider returning again. I will probably come back to palazzo but it definitely won’t be back to this specific unit. It needs some work. Half of the outlets didn’t work, the garbage disposal didn’t work and a few other things. It could be nice just doesn’t seem to be kept up like other units I’ve stayed in in the past.

Beautiful building. Wonderful condo and area. The only, and I mean only, issue we had was operating the tv and getting regular cable/network channels. We are reasonably intelligent professionals, but neither of us could get the darn thing to work and had an amazing and kind maintenance gentleman on call who came and helped us. I would suggest leaving instructions for other guests on how to operate the Vizio smart tvs and how to access he cable service ( preferably in HD). I was at the beach and didn’t give a hoot about tv, but my fiancé however, was quite interested in the NBA playoff games .I realize it was likely operator error on our part, but there might be more like us out there :) Otherwise, I love this beach. It’s breathtaking

The condo was comfy and beautiful. Love the location. The ONLY issue we had was accessing the cable tv service on the tvs. I would recommend printing out a sheet of instructions telling guests how to switch over to regular network programming on this brand of smart tv. Some of us ain’t that smart ;) We had to call the help line. Luckily a very kind maintenance person came and helped us. His name was Ricardo and we really enjoyed talking with him. It didn’t help that the batteries in the remotes were dead, but anyway he helped us access regular channels (NBC, ESPN, locals etc). After that was resolved, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
