The HOA process was a nightmare, took 2 months before finally approved. 4 days prior to check-in

The property is in a great location to beach, restaurants and other attractions. Property was very clean and suited our needs.

The location is great, the townhome was clean and well equipped, and the owner very responsive, and well organized.

I am a retired banker and I now enjoy my family, friends and this home. I once took time to enjoy golf but not lately. (There are golf club sets here for use). Hosting through VRBO allows my home to be shared with others who want some Florida sunshine.
