Beautiful south facing Villa with private pool and hot tub overlooking a peaceful lake.

This private gated community is 20 minutes to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and 20 minutes to Universal Studio and 45minutes to the gorgeous Daytona beach where you can actually drive your car onto this huge beach.

A code will be provided for the private entrance 90 days before your stay this in itself provides security and peace of mind for a lovely family holiday.

Amenities in the home are a full cooker and hob, microwave oven and full size fridge freezer. Indoor and outdoor dining area. Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. A Yale wifi locking system. A coffee machine for that all important caffeine fix before an exciting day at the parks.

Still have energy left after the best day ever? Then there is a fully equipped games room with air hockey and billiard table.

No energy left ? A relaxing hot tub awaits you with ambient lighting at night to help you relax whilst you drink a glass of something cold, fizzy or both! Pool heat is required as extra for it to be hot

We had a wonderful time and felt completely at home during our stay. The pool was cleaned regularly, and Jemma was always available and very helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. Everything was easy and well organized. We had an excellent stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect three weeks at this property. Loads of room for our 3 adults and 3 children. The pool is fantastic the children were in it every day, there was an issue with pump noise which was fixed same day - excellent communication and response from owner. The laundry facilities made easy work of keeping 3 kids in clean clothes! The boy’s especially enjoyed the games room. All linen and towel provisions were in excellent condition and plentiful. 30 minutes to all Disney and Universal parks and good general shopping / eating close by. Overall we couldn’t fault the property and would highly recommend to anyone looking for guaranteed vacation quality.

This property was lovely and clean, well equipped with lots of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans and towels and a useful welcome pack for the kitchen (sponge, dishwasher tabs, fairy liquid, washing machine powder etc). Beautifully decorated and well maintained. The master bed was comfy and the lounge had a large corner sofa and cuddle chair. The patio furniture was good and the outlook from the patio was facing the lake which was lovely and quiet during our time there, we even saw a huge alligator on our last morning.The host is extremely responsive and very invested in their property which shows in the high standard of the Villa. We will definitely book this property again in the future. Thank you Jemma, we had a lovely holiday.

Nice place.....

We enjoy staying in this beautiful and comfortable house. Owner was very nice in answering all of our questions on time. Place was very close to the parks if you want to stay close to them this is the place to stay.

Great Stay in Florida!

This home is wonderful! Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, absolutely clean inside and out with a location that is great because it’s not in a high traffic area but is very close to all the stores and restaurants you could want. I highly recommend this for any type of group- families especially.

Amazing stay

We have been on vacation to Orlando several times. Staying at this house was our favorite. It was great to come back each night to this beautiful home, with lot of fun things for the kids to do. We loved the pool and hot tub. The game room was a huge favorite for the kids.

Great Stay!

House was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and cooking hardware. Pool was very nice. We spent 5 days at Disney Parks and house is located 15-20 minutes from them. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Disney.

Beautiful Home in a great location

Very nice home just a short drive from Disney. The property owner was very accommodating and the local management company responded very quickly to a HVAC problem. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Disney or other Orlando attractions

We had a great stay in this house! It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool looked very nice and well-maintained. But it was winter, and unusually cold the week of our stay, so no swimming for us! There are game tables in the garage, which is a nice touch. This house is a 10-20 min drive to the parks. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable taking a walk in the neighborhood in the evening. Jemma is an excellent host. We had a small snafu with the door code at the beginning of our stay, but it was handled very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing 14-day stay at a villa in Cumbrian Lakes. The area is secure, quiet, and perfect for a peaceful retreat. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool area was a highlight, overlooking the lake where we enjoyed spotting wildlife. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions we had. Wonderful Home, Close to Disney

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very close to Disney which made it easy with three little girls :). The pool was perfect also. We had everything we needed for our family vacation. The host, Jemma, is absolutely amazing! Everything was a 10 out of 10. You will be extremely happy with this property.
