EXTRA SERVICES:
▶POOL HEATING SERVICE:
This service is only provided between November thru March. The pool can be heated for $40 per night, minimum 3 nights or $200 per week. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 80ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24-48 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.

▶GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and all the cleaning after your check out for only $50. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

▶PET POLICY: Although we love dogs and cats, no pets are allowed at the house, as our home is offered to people with allergies.

Peaceful location

Beautiful villa in a quiet location but within easy reach to most places of interest. Well equipped kitchen and an abundance of towels which comes in very handy when the kids are in and out of the pool constantly.

Good place

All was good a los of games to play and with a lot of condition in the kitchen the only issue was the pool we came in cold Weather and the heating takes time. The owner provide support all the time and refund the money for this issue. Was excellent the service. We Hope next time we can use the pool with better weather. Is in our FAV home list

Lots of fun surprises

We stayed here for a short trip to Orlando for my husbands birthday. We enjoyed the property very much, there are several small touches that make a big difference which you’ll find along the property. Our favorite part was the pool, floats,balls and outdoor tv were great! We enjoyed making smoothies with their ninja blender and used the game room ALOT. I will add that the game room does not have AC and the table air hockey with multi games is a compact size. All in all Sam was very accommodating, we were supposed to check in early which he was ok with but ended up arriving just after 4. This is a very quiet neighborhood and the pool has plenty of privacy screening as well as no back neighbors (forest). Each room was meticulously setup with diff items like handheld steamer, blow dryer and plenty of blankets. It is a smart home, which has touch sink and Nest AC. Lots of plastic ware for the kids to eat and drink. There is a fireplace and sound system under living room tv for a good movie night. Thank you for having us!
