The space
Cute comfy bungalow with easy access to I17 Fwy & all the adventures Verde Valley/Sedona has to offer.
Owners live on 2 acre property, hiking, mountain biking, food & wine, travel & camping are all interests of owners so questions welcome.
Ideal for guests that want some quiet time between adventures, BBQ on the patio or just relax in our lovely desert property, bird watching is awesome.
Please provide an estimated time of arrival Owners 3 dogs will be corralled to prevent a too over enthusiastic welcome!

Other things to note
We are next to Jackpot Ranch & they have many horse related functions open to the public.
We have 3 dogs. Your pet needs to be friendly & non reactive.
Old scout trail is a dirt road.
Rural location with horses, dogs & an animal sanctuary adjacent to property so animal sounds are to be expected.Visits can be arranged to the animal sanctuary with advanced notice.

We Loved the bungalow! Perfect size for us and fully furnished. The location was perfect for us.

Loved the location and our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The bungalow was perfect for the two of us. We so enjoyed using the two patios in the afternoon when the heat drove us to use one or the other.

Camp Verde Stay

We did some hiking in the area and this was an excellent location for us to stay. Much more affordable than Sedona. The house is very well equipped, everything we needed and more. Our host Jennifer was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend her property to anyone.

Perfect Price and close to Sedona, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Close to National Monument and Grand Canyon too. Great for our family of 4. Had everything we needed and loved using washer and dryer after hiking. Good communication 👏

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay in the bungalow. It was bright, clean, and spacious. It met all of our needs from cooking to sleeping comfortably during a very busy weekend attending a family wedding. The accomadations are peaceful, beautiful, and very easy to get to off the I-17. Our host Jennifer was pleasant very easy to communicate with. We will definitely look at staying again when in the area again.

Everything is great

Jenny met us and we had a great night at the place. After we leave Jenny notifyed us that we had forgot a backpack. It was really nice. So we picked it up easly after another hike. Thanks God we were not to far.
