Welcome to breathtaking Carrying Place Cove in the nation's Easternmost town, Lubec, Maine. This 4600 square foot, contemporary oceanfront home was built in 2004 and features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Expansive open ocean views are featured in the majority of the perfectly situated rooms of this home. Carrying Place Cove sits mere feet from the boundary line of Quoddy Head State Park, its timeless lighthouse and light keeper's cottage.

This well built home is wonderfully set up for large group gatherings.

Five bedrooms are in the main house and a private guest quarters with a separate entrance above the garage is included in your stay. Hardwood floors, cedar lined closets, a beautiful fireplace, and ample exterior decks on 2 levels put this home at the top of the list for visitors to Maine's bold coast. The oceanfront access feature sandy beach frontage and all of the decks have a view of the open North Atlantic Coast.

There is a dining room set up for 10 people and an additional dining table/game table for 6 in the adjoining living room. There is a closet full of extra blankets, sheets and pillows of different styles to meet everyone's personal taste.

There is a stone firepit outside and plenty of firewood for your use.

Bring your boat! In the town of Lubec there is a seasonal floating dock in town located on Johnson’s Street. The dock features a 2 hour tie-up and loading zone -- no overnight tie-ups permitted.
