Whether you're boating on the lake, soaking up the sun on multiple decks, or cozying up next to the fireplace during an unforgettable ski retreat in a magical winter wonderland, it is lakeside living at its best. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, or tubing in the wintertime, or boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, horseback riding, hiking, golfing or mountain biking during the warmer months. We even have a private dock so you can bring your own pontoon, kayaks or jet skis and launch them directly from our private boat slip. It's the most picturesque setting to create lifelong memories in a nature lover's paradise.

LIVING AREAS

The house is nearly 2800 square feet with two spacious living rooms that are perfect for a large family to spend time together while having enough space to find comfort and relaxation. The main living space downstairs has tongue and groove ceilings with exposed beams, wide plank wood flooring, and comfortable furnishings, including a brand new sectional sofa with queen-size sofa bed, two cozy armchairs, a Sony TV with Roku, a Bose speaker with Bluetooth connectivity, and a wood-burning fireplace.

The upstairs family room has comfy corduroy couches, a long sleeping nook with large cushions under the sloped ceilings for reading or resting, thick carpeting for lounging and games, and a portable speaker that you can connect to your phone to enjoy your own playlist. Inside the drawers, you can find a variety of card and board games, and a sliding patio door gives you access to a large outdoor upper mountainside deck.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM

The large, well-equipped kitchen boasts expansive granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including a Viking stove, double oven, wine fridge, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Four bar stools at the granite bar are perfect for family and friends to hang out and visit while cooking up the perfect meal.

The dining area has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains and Pleasure Point Marina. The dining table seats six people comfortably for a nice family meal, and there are two dining table leaves if you need to extend the table for larger groups, along with four additional folding chairs.

Just outside the dining area through the sliding door and onto the deck is a Weber BBQ grill. The gas line is directly connected to the gas line of the house, so there is no need for propane tanks – just fire up the grill and go! There is also plenty of outdoor seating available during warmer months.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, non-stick T-fal cooking ware, cutting boards, cutlery and utensils, dinnerware, serving ware, coasters, trivets, glassware, and non-BPA plastic drinkware to enjoy wine or cocktails on the outside deck. Starter essentials, such as dish detergent, dishwashing tablets, soap, and paper towels will be provided.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Four comfortable bedrooms with comfy modern bedding can sleep 2 adults per room, and there is an extra queen-size pull-out bed in the living room for 2 more, for a maximum of 10 adults. In addition, there is a fun sleeping nook available in the upstairs family room where kids can relax or sleep. Total maximum occupancy is 13, including all infants and children under the age of 18.
