Great place to stay for vacation!

Overall, this is a beautiful, clean condo. Love the location and plan on booking again. The only complaint we have is lack of amenities such as a few coffee filters, etc. Many times when people come in from other places, they can't transport groceries and its nice to have just a few items there initially.

Nightmare

The location was beautiful, but do not rent with this company. The first day, we didn’t get any beach time. There was a gate to the beach that required a key fob which they did not notify me of before the stay . I contacted the company, and they had no idea where to look or how to get to the beach, so we missed our first beach day. The third day, we went to see a movie and got back around 9:30 that night. The gate to the complex was locked, and the code they gave me would not work to get in. I texted them the problem. When they hadn’t called in 15 minutes, I called them. They told me they’d get back with me. Ten minutes later they still hadn’t called. We’d tried everything. After about 35 minutes of waiting outside the gate, I expressed to the representative that I was starting to get upset. She told me there was nothing they could do, and we’d just have to stay at another one of their properties that night. I told her my parents and children, along with my luggage were in the condo, and asked her if I was just supposed to leave my kids and luggage and go to another place. She told me if I wanted to stay somewhere for the evening, that was my only option. At this point, we’d waited outside the gate for over an hour. It was midnight. My husband grabbed tools to see if he could remove the gate from its track and put it back up, a process that would have taken a few hours but gotten us to our children. He tripped a wire and got us in. The company would have left us outside!

We understand how important a seamless stay is, especially when traveling with family. While the key fob and other amenity details were provided in advance via the Guest Portal, we regret any confusion that led to missing your first beach day. Regarding the gate access issue, we understand how stressful that situation must have been. Gate access is managed by the Homeowner Association, and our team must work through them directly to resolve any access issues. We sincerely apologize for the delay in communication.
