Clean, Cozy, Private Mid Century Studio
Located in a quiet neighborhood, this basement studio is super comfortable and cozy with many amenities. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, induction burner, Keurig, electric kettle, and much more. It has natural light but is quiet and dark at night. The 50" flatscreen TV can be viewed from the living room or bedroom area.
The studio is close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. 1 mile to Old Town Lafayette or Waneka Lake, 11 miles to Boulder, and 20 miles to Denver.
The space
This studio has a calm and soothing ambiance. The furnishings were chosen with care from mid-Century leaning furniture to designer lamps, and excellent linens. Lots of light options are available to create the mood you want. And there's the bonus of a large closet!
A cat lives upstairs but doesn't access the space.
Please note that the entrance is through my front door then immediately downstairs.
Guest access
There is a keyless entry code which will be shared before you arrive.
Other things to note
There's a dedicated parking space on the street right in front of the house (by the picket fence).
