I was the one that had booked and we had a handicapped person with us. So there was no way we could go up 3 flights of stairs when I called, Amy was very quick to get us into another place with only 4 steps up one level, very much appreciated.! She made a bad situation.Go quick quickly in the right direction

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The house itself was very clean and orderly.The WiFi was weak, the cable was the most basic. For the price of the unit better was expected, because of rain we had many days were we had to stay inside. Because the public access point was next to the property we had to not set up away from the house.

Hi Steve, I do apologize in regard to the wifi and had we known you were having issues we would have come over and did some rebooting which is usually all it takes or called Spectrum however you never notified us of any internet issues at all also if there is any rainy/stormy days on the island the wifi can be intermittent. You were originally supposed to go into a condo on the beach and we found out they were doing construction so we notified you immediately and told you about Breakers 1 and that it was beachfront single family home and that you would not have to pay the difference in price since Breakers 1 is much more expensive than the beachfront condo you were originally going into. All in all we hope overall you enjoyed your stay since you text us after you checked out and said: "We've checked out. Thank you. It was a wonderful stay."

This house is the cutest, and access to the beach is perfection! I wish I could live here full time. I love the old Florida style with windows on the front of the house. Walking out directly onto the beach is worth every penny! I hope to return!

This was the absolute best vacation I could have hoped for! The location of this rental is outstanding. I usually need a pool for a vacation, but the ocean was so close it was like my very own pool! Amazing house that had all of the amenities one could need! Absolutely amazing for 5 adults. AMI is my new favorite place and I will absolutely rent this house again!

The Chaise lounge by the front windows was my happy place all week to read and watch the ocean. Well equipped kitchen and beds were comfortable. You can watch the sunset from your deck! It was spotless clean and refurbished. We will be back!

Perfect location! Enjoyed my stay with really no big complaints. All mattresses were very comfortable. The big bathroom was great for us all to shower and get ready. The other shower was way too small for an adult. Just need better, more comfy living room furniture. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice property in a great location to everything!

If you want a gorgeous view and just a few steps to the beach then this is the place. Very clean and has everything you need! We would definately recommend this home to all!

Best Beach Vacation

We loved staying at Breakers 1! It was a great location on the island and right on the beach. The beach was never crowded during our stay in July. The 2nd shower was small (think RV/camper size) but it was fine for our kids (ages 8, 10, 11) who did not mind. Having the garage to keep the bikes, etc was great! I felt the management company was very responsive, from us renting bikes to them sending someone out to check on the garage door; in fact, much better than I've experienced in other rentals. We would not hesitate to book this house again if we were to come back to AMI!

Great Family Vacation!

Property was very clean and literally steps from the waters edge! We enjoyed not having to tote everything we needed for a day at the beach. You could just go back and forth all day long. There were plenty of floats, chairs, umbrellas, boggie boards, toys etc in the garage. We could have used them, but the garage doors were recently replaced and we could not access the garage. We would stay here again for sure!

Reviewer Comments: Very spacious clean we stay every year - also if it needs any maintenance they will come immediately to resolve - however I would suggest due to humidity and so close to the beach to always if any food out left on top of the counter place it in a ziplock - to avoid the roaches eating it if they come in - at times I would see some appearing behind the microwave therefore I would make sure I had everything sealed !
