nice affordable lodging. clean, good location. Found the doorknob in the bathroom, it can be difficult, annoying.

If you had communicated with us that there was a problem with the door knob, we would’ve fixed it immediately. But this does not surprise me as we had no communication from you at all throughout the entire process. 3-stars for a sticky door is unwarranted when you say good things about everything else. I messaged you directly to see if there was something else that was wrong so that we could address it, but still no response from you.
