Perfect House for Big Groups

This was was perfect for a big group of friends visiting Tampa area. There were more than enough rooms/bathrooms and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably . Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that can sleep a big group!

Great Place for Family Gathering

Property was perfect for our group of 14, celebrating a graduation and 93rd birthday. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, and the pool was fantastic. Nice large yard to play games and lounge around in the beautiful Florida sunshine. There was space for downtime and for when the two 2-year olds needed their daily nap. The host was responsive to questions before and during the trip. Highly recommend !

Cheer Competition

We were in town from PA for a cheer competition at TB Convention Center and this place was perfect! The kids had the time of their lives in the pool when we could and we had plenty of room for all of the families. Great place and awesome communication with the owner. Only suggestion we all had - add lights by the pool area for night swimming!

We stayed here for 2 nights & hosted our gender reveal here. The home is beautiful & very spacious! Has everything you need & more. I would definitely book this stay again & recommend it to anyone looking for a bigger property. The host was very respectful & accommodating with our requests & had great communication with us. Villa Review

I had a large group of adult friends stay at the property. It was plenty large to accommodate us and everything was clean and in good condition. My favorite part was the abundance of bedrooms - everyone had their own private space. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and plenty of lounge space. I would recommend this to guests who would like a quiet location outside of the city while still having easy access to the city & the airport.

Amazing retreat for the whole family!!

Home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated! Host was incredibly responsive and made us feel very welcome! Would highly recommend! Our only issue was no fault of the host but gps told us to pull into the wrong driveway next door but we quickly realized it was wrong.

While the home itself was spacious and nicely decorated, our overall experience was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness and pest problems.We encountered live roaches throughout the kitchen area, including by the dishwasher, trash can, refrigerator, and in the kitchen in general. We also found dead ants in the master shower and live ones throughout the other parts of the home. The owner sent someone out on Saturday to spray, which was appreciated, and mentioned the property had supposedly been treated 10 days before our stay. However, we continued to see live roaches after the spraying, and none of the insects appeared affected. Based on the number of roaches we saw, it’s hard to believe a professional pest control service is being used regularly.The area and neighborhood was nice and backyard very spacious. There are a few nearby playgrounds (no playground on property).Due to the pest issues and overall condition, we would not stay here again.

Beautiful home!

This home was very beautiful and spacious! Looks exactly like the pictures! I hosted my 30th birthday party here. The only issue I had was that I was told last minute that I could not play music outside, even though events were said to be allowed. So obviously it threw much of my party plans off. We still did have a good time and enjoyed ourselves. Also, there are no lights in the backyard. Overall, great place to stay!

Beautiful but not worth the trouble

After looking over so many properties, we booked this stay over three months prior to our event. We housed 20 ppl and invited 43 ppl. Specifically rented this property because of the space needed for the small event. i kept in constant contact with owner prior to booking the vendors weeks before using the rental. Tried to charge me extra for what we thought was part of the rental. Miscommunication from cleaner , ( thank you for the extra towels and clarifying, again, where to park) the owner kept calling about the parking how many ppl showed up, as far as car parking, even during my event. I literally had to come to the front of the house in the middle of ceremony to speak to him and/ or the cleaner. Mind you as we walked into kitchen seen that we are NOT to play any music AT ALL and couldn't be in pool after 6 pm. When we discussed what type of event it would be. Some of the t.vs didnt work and some of the furniture was broken. Called at least 2 times to make sure everyone was out on time. Not saying NOT to rent this property because it was perfect other than the rant i gave. Take a chance maybe it was just the ppl who yhe owner seen on the camera. πŸ€”

I had already asked guest not to play any music during the event, which they agreed before booking the place. The guest had informed me in advance that there will be no more than 8-10 cars but they ended up bringing more than 15 cars. I asked them not to park over the grass which they did eventually. The guest was braking the rules so I had to intervene and remind the rules they agreed before booking the place. But in the end. I wouldn’t host them again at my property.
