LOVELY HOME IN FABULOUS LOCATION!
Enjoy all that Newport Beach Back Bay has to offer in your own impeccably appointed Newport Beach home.
Enjoy the seating area around the fire table or outdoor dining space while listening to your favorite music from the Sonos speakers or watching the game on the TV that swivels from the family room. Super comfy beds and close to walking trails and kayak or Stand Up paddle rentals.
The space
Fashionably decorated in mid-century modern furniture for a relaxed, yet upscale vibe. Your well-behaved dog is welcome. There's even a doggie door!
Guest access
Private access through the front door. It's Peacock Teal and a split dutch door.
Other things to note
While we do have our clothes and belongings in the house (it is our primary residence) we will have plenty of closet and drawer space for you. We will also have dedicated dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. for your use.
