Cozy Two Bedroom Guest Apartment in the North Georgia Mountains
Looking for a relaxing getaway in the beautiful North Georgia mountains? Look no further than our cozy two bedroom guest house. This second story apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll love the spacious living room, the well-stocked kitchen, and the comfortable bedrooms. Whether you want to hike, bike, fish, or just relax, you'll find plenty to do nearby. Book your stay and experience the charm and beauty of the North Georgia mountains!
Other Important Details:
The apartment is located on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
We have a dog that stays outside during the day, she is gentle and used to being around people, but if this makes you uncomfortable in any way, please let me know so that we can secure her during your stay.
Tony's Metal Fab shop is at the bottom of the hill behind the apartment and shares a driveway with the cottage. If your stay is during the work week, you may hear sounds from the shop and there may be vehicles going up and down the driveway.
We use the garage for storage so there is a possibility we might need to access it during your stay. We will use the garage bay doors for access and will make every attempt to avoid having to do so.
Finally, we have a washer and dryer that can be made available for longer term guests.

We chose this spot because it feels like the best of North Georgia—quiet, wooded, and peaceful, yet close enough to everything you actually want to do. The cottage sits in a beautiful little corner of Dawsonville where mornings are calm, evenings are quiet, and you’re only a short drive from Dahlonega, wineries, hiking trails, and all the charm our area is known for. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, explore, and still make it back in time for sunset. We love it here and think you will too.
