Enjoy summer in New Hampshire at spacious a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, condo. Located just minutes from Storyland, echo lake, North Conway, great hiking, and ski resort summer activities. The condo includes a large living room, eat-in kitchen with dining table, Master bedroom with washer/dryer, guest bedroom, a kids bunk bedroom with two sets of bunks, and loft bedroom. The loft area contains one small bedroom with a queen-size bed and cot and a loft area with a pull-out couch. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need including pots/pans, dishes, an oversized griddle (great for pancakes), panini press, and much more. 4 smart TVs and plenty of board games and toys. The condo has 4 private porches, a large backyard, plenty of parking. Just bring yourself, your clothes and food.

We had a great time during our stay! The house worked perfectly for our family and was so convenient to North Conway town center and Storyland! We were here during the summer but it’s also perfect for a winter stay as it’s so close to multiple mountains! Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed here before and decided to give it a go. The property is a good size for our two families, and the quick drive to Storyland can't be beat. I would caution those with young children, as our kids seemed to be a bother to the neighbor even on their best days. Air conditioning would be the cherry on top, but lots of fans provided were helpful. Barry was great about being flexible when I forgot some clothing in the dryer. We did have a bear experience, so definitely heed the warning about locking cars!

Summer Stay

Nice property with plenty of space. Loved seeing the wildlife, a black bear and deer in the early morning hours. Close to attractions, hikes, shops and restaurants. It is an upstairs unit which was hot in July. I’m sure in the winter months it’s warm and cozy. Perfect for skiers and winter enthusiasts.

Wonderful place to stay with the family while visiting the area and spending the day at Story Land. The condo was in great condition with many amenities, utensils, board games, and even toys. We had a good 2-day stay. I remove one star because of the following: we found many dead bugs along the unit, specially in the loft, even in the pillow of the bed. I wish they also would provide shower gel and shampoo. And I know it was not in the description, but there is no AC. They provided fans, which was nice, although one didn't work properly. Otherwise, I would recommend this place.

Cozy mountain condo

We had a great stay! Barry was easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The condo has great space for my family and I. Only 4 out of 6 of us ended up staying, however there would have been plenty of room for all of us. Bummer that pool was no longer in use, but not a deal breaker! The loft is great with a bedroom door separating the TV area up there…stairs are definitely not for younger children as they very steep, but my kids loved it! Location is great, close everything, but not in the congested part. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Barry : )

Great place for a Story Land get away!

Great overall experience! Plenty of space for 2 families of 4. Kids loved sharing a room together and everything you need is there. Just needed our clothes and food. Barry was quick to respond to my questions and would definitely stay again.

For a large group with small kids this location was perfect. Short distance from North Conway and even shorter to Story Land and their Aquarium, this 4 bedroom slept 10. The open concept kitchen/living room made family connection easy. Kitchen had everything you needed. If only the inside jacuzzi was connected!

Perfect Location

From start to finish we had an amazing stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has a really nice layout. Barry is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We enjoyed the location as it is so centrally located to so many areas to hike(so many waterfalls) and have family fun. Everything we did was within an hour or less car ride, even going into Maine. A fun place to stay and visit.

Great location with easy access to Story Land, hiking trails, Attitash attractions, and much more! Great eating and shopping in North Conway, hiking in the White Mountains, Dianna's baths, Echo lake, and of course Storyland. Santa's village is under an hour away up scenic route 16.
