Greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was very good at communicating with us needed. Very relaxing and peaceful home and view. The beds were very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the back deck listening to the birds. We were visiting for our daughter's wedding and it gave us a peaceful retreat in which to sleep and relax in between events. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway with friends

Kathleen was an amazing host and the property exceeded our expectations. The kids loved the bunk room and loft and the surrounding area provided something for all interests. We will definitely be planning another stay.

Our stay at the beautiful cabin was absolutely delightful. Everything was exactly as described, and Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be bringing our family back again next time we are in the area! Thank you for providing us with a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Our family stayed at the house for 2 nights to attend a nearby wedding. The house was just as pictured - lovely, clean, and perfect for our stay. The hosts have been very thoughtful about every detail from easy check-in to a well stocked kitchen to cozy blankets for the comfy couch. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

The family had a great time at Kathleen's house.It provided loads of space to both hang out in the kitchen/dining area at breakfast and when preparing meals and then in the evenings, relaxing on the super large sofas.The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms.The fire-pit was a great spot however, with young children and the 'friendly' mosquitos in the summer season, we limited our time looking at the flames. The location met our needs very well and afforded a great starting point for each day.All in all, we had such a wonderful time at the lodge and Kathleen is a lovely and very accesible host.Thank you Kathleen.John & Kate and all the Couutie's from Scotland.

Comfy and Nice!

Our stay at the pondside cabin was great and we hope to return in the future. The cabin itself is beautiful and was roomy and comfortable, and the owner was so nice. I would definitely recommend the cabin. In addition, even though we stayed in the summer, it is really close to the ski resort!

Wonderful cabin!

We had such a great stay here! The owner has created a cute, clean, and organized place. It is well decorated and very comfortable. It easily accommodated our family of four adults, plus some friends who came for dinner. The owner was also very responsive when we needed help with anything. Highly recommend it!!

Everything we needed.

Kathleen’s cabin was exactly what we needed when traveling for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed. The house was described perfectly. Kathleen was quick to respond to a few logistics questions we had. Great spot if you are skiing at Mt Wachusett.

Winchester cabin

My family of four stayed in this cabin for several days and it was a fabulous stay. The house was immaculate, very nicely set-up, and had sheets, towels and other amenities including a well-stocked kitchen. The location right at the base of Mt Wachusett was fantastic as well. The host was extremely nice and communicated with us very quickly through the messaging feature on the app. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Great cozy property!

We really enjoyed this property. The owner was excellent with communicating. The property was clean and well maintained. It was stocked well with dishes and various untensils....even had a stash of items in case you forgot something....like a toothbrush or toothpaste. 5 stars all the way!

In area for graduation at UMASS

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Home was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Played golf at a course nearby and visited a terrific brewery--both within a few miles of the home. Outdoor area was useful and private. Plenty of parking.
