Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
IMPORTANT please remember to leave the gate access pass and parking tags in the key holder by the front door before checking out. A fee of $50 will be charged for a missing gate access pass.
Set thermostat at 74 degrees.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking inside condo. If smoke smell is detected upon guest check out the guest will forfeit the damage deposit.

Fun stay in Clearwater

We stayed three days in Catinca’s lovely condo. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay plus more. We used the pool one day and met some very nice residents. Catinca was available to answer any questions we had.

Comfy in Clearwater

We found the place to be quite comfortable, clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all of the stated amenities. Communication with our host was great, with clear instructions. We showed the condo to my sister-in-law, who lives in Palm Harbor, and she commented that she would recommend it to guests that may visit. We would certainly stay again if in the area.

Great Clearwater stay, close to beach!

This was an awesome stay very close to Clearwater beach. The host was communicative and responsive. Very clean place. Lovely community pool which this unit is super close to, but far enough away from it that you don’t hear the pool noise! Just a note that the bed is quite a firm mattress, if that is of consideration. Overall, lovely stay. Would stay here again.

Everything about this place was perfect! The condo is so warm and inviting, beautiful furnishings and decor throughout. Very comfortable bed and nice sheets and quilt, colored towels in the bathroom. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appears very well stocked. The owner has thought of everything! Pool is gorgeous and location is right across the street from a bit of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to the beach.

Great location and stay

This was our second time staying at a condo in Avalon. Once again our stay was perfect. The condo was nicely decorated, spotless and contained anything you could possibly need. The pool is heated and clean. Grocery stores were close by along with restaurants. People we met at the pool were friendly and parking was never an issue. Catinca responded within minutes when we had a question about the WIFI. Would definitely request to stay again at this beautiful condo.

Perfect Location

We are retired and have now stayed twice at the Avalon in Clearwater. Both condos that we had the pleasure of staying at were clean and exactly as advertised. The Avalon has a very nice heated pool and the location is perfect. Close to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin and numerous restaurants and grocery stores. It is only 30 minutes away from the Tampa airport. We hope to be back in the future depending on how the recent political situation shakes out.

Nice clean condo with great amenities

We enjoyed our stay at the Avalon. The hostess was extremely professional and communicated everything clearly. Condo is clean, well appointed and close to the amenities the property offers. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Our kids just moved to the area so we will look to book again.

The condo is well-kept and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The condo is also close to everything we needed. The owner was accommodating and kind.Only comment is some of the pots and pans were dirty so I needed to wash them before using.

Outstanding! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very clean, very quiet and relaxing. The extras were beyond accommodating!!! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, extra blankets and pillows. The bedding was soft and cozy. The LR was a nice place to relax with a comfortable couch and a screened in porch to sit outside and unwind. The kitchen had extras like sandwich baggies and all utensils you could ever need. A little spice area with lots of seasonings. They even had a French press there. Ive never been in such an accommodating condo rental! 5 stars all around. The host was awesome too!

Luxury!

My husband and I stayed in the condo for ten days and were very pleased with the experience from beginning to end. Catinca made check in easy and was easy to communicate with, showing a genuine concern for her property and guests. She answered questions as they came up and inquired a couple of times about our satisfaction with the condo. The furnishings and appliances are top notch. It is decorated very nicely and even has mosquito screens on the patio. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely weekend

We came to Clearwater for a funeral and from the very first communication Cantica was helpful and welcoming. Because it was short notice, we did not have all of our plans figured out and at the last minute we had to add a day. This was not a problem and we were able to get the day added without any delay! Then property was clean and had all the elements of home! We enjoyed the proximity to the downtown and it was easy to get to from the airport. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Perfect Clearwater condo!

The condo was beautifully decorated - I felt like I was a guest in a friend's home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location was convenient to PIE airport and everything I was doing in St Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. The kitchen was very well stocked - I cooked almost all my meals there and found every utensil, pan/pot, and serviceware needed. Thanks for the tupperware, saran wrap, and tin foil - made storage and cleanup super easy. The pool is just steps away and a nice place to relax every day. That area was also clean and tidy. I especially liked that there were beach towels, camp chairs, and a small cooler - perfect for a beach day. There were so many extra amenities that were useful - a drying rack on the screened-in porch, some books & magazines, cleaning supplies & laundry detergent, and extra blankets. The host was quick to respond to questions.Overall, two thumbs up! I highly recommend this property.
