Welcome to our resort-style 5BD/3BA retreat on the south end of Lake Lanier—perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and making lasting family memories. This inviting vacation home offers comfort for both fun and rest. Enjoy two kayaks, two paddleboards, and a boat tie-up for your boat or a nearby rental. Our boat is not available, but rentals are offered through Aqua Sports Adventures.

Wildlife Notice
You may spot some of our local wildlife enjoying their natural habitat—everything from box turtles to graceful deer that call the lake and woods home. We encourage guests to admire wildlife from a distance and let them remain undisturbed, as they thrive best that way. Please note that while box turtles are adorable, it is illegal to keep or remove them from the wild.

Located in the foothills of the Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains, Lake Lanier is one of North America’s top destinations, with endless activities for families and friends to enjoy.
The property is conveniently situated 10 minutes from downtown Buford, 25 minutes from Gainesville, and about 41 miles (approximately 1 hour) from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
You’re also just a short drive from many of the top attractions in and around the Atlanta area, making this the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Planning ahead? If you’re visiting for World Cup 2026, this is the perfect spot—fans and players welcome! The home is just 41 miles from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

⚠️ Liability & Safety Notes
The terrain on Lake Lanier varies from gentle slopes to steeper areas. The walk to our docks is moderately sloped; our parents, both in their 70s, navigate it fine, but please use caution.
This is a lake property with uneven surfaces, slopes, and steps. Guests assume responsibility for all water activities and dock use. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk.
Children under 13 should wear a life jacket around the water. Life jackets are provided, though not every size may be available.

🏡 Property Notes & Checkout
Close umbrellas by the outdoor fireplace and cover furniture during inclement weather.
Return all dock items and lake toys to avoid fees.
Follow checkout instructions and check for personal items.
Bag all trash and place in the outdoor trash can; pickup is on Wednesday.

Please disclose pets at booking. Up to 2 dogs allowed (fee: $200).
Breed restrictions: no Pit Bulls, Dobermans, or Rottweilers due to insurance liability.
Gwinnett County law requires dogs to be on a leash at all times.
No cats due to severe allergies.
🛠️ Essentials & Security
Starter supplies are provided for approximately 4 days to help you settle in comfortably.
Outdoor security cameras are in place for safety and insurance purposes; owner-operated and only on the exterior.
⭐ Boat Off-Limits: The owner`s boat at the dock is strictly off-limits. A $2,000 fine plus any additional damages will be imposed if tampered with. Boat rentals are available through Aqua Sports Adventures.

⭐ Respect the Neighbors: No loud parties or excessive noise late at night. Neighbors are reasonable but will call the police if disturbed. Parties will result in an instant cancellation of the reservation.

⭐ Security: For your safety, we`ve installed a Ring Doorbell and a camera at the dock. No interior cameras are present.

⭐ Pets: Please disclose pets at the time of reservation. Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers are not allowed due to insurance liability. No cats are allowed due to allergies. Gwinnett County law requires dogs to be on a leash. The pet fee is $200.00 for 1-2 dogs.

⭐ Parking: No street parking due to narrow roads. The driveway accommodates up to 4 large SUVs.

⭐ Safety Precautions: Be cautious around the property’s uneven surfaces, slopes, and steps, especially with children. Water activities and dock access come with inherent risks; take appropriate safety measures. Children under 13 should wear a life jacket, which we provide (sizes may vary).
