Very clean and organized!

Our 3 laborers were in town doing work, and needed a safe, clean place to stay. They loved it here! We will be back for sure!

The place was not clean at all, coffee maker had mold in the filter. The refrigerator had bugs and mold in the freezer.The bed linens were clean, but after removing pillowcases and sheets, the mattresses and pillows were horrible with stains.The outside of the property was nice and clean, but the trash cans were running over.The property manager was difficult to get a hold of and wouldn’t respond to my text. After sending him a picture of the moldy coffee maker he began to respond. He did offer to reimburse me my money for a new coffee maker, which we decided to just bring home with us.The showerhead in the downstairs master bath was broke and sprayed water everywhere. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a ceiling fan that did not work, and the vent in the bathroom upstairs sounded like a freight train when running.This place needs a lot of attention, could be an absolutely amazing place.

Disappointed

Nicely pictured but nothing like it when I arrived. Sadly the overall cleanliness was poor. From every room and restroom. Bedding and linen were stained and had crusty food on them. Decided to wash them and washer worked fine but the dryer never heated to dry so took fours of drying one blanket and kept having to restart as it would turn off about every fifteen minutes. Refrigerator was gross and moldy in the seals. Freezer was jammed with ice and frost buildup. Outside was dirty a lot of bugs and spider webs. Rooms were hot upstairs and one ceiling fan was loud and loose not properly functioning,had to turn it off,didn’t even sleep upstairs not to mention the poor shower pressure. Busted out window. Did not have a cozy experience.
