Comfortable House

The house was very clean and well decorated with attention to comfort. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to both Exton and West Chester. We enjoyed our extended stay very much.

We appreciated the Host working with us . This was for a family gathering due to sudden death/ funeral. I was able to communicate well with David and he worked with us as we tried to coordinate family members plans .

The listing said there was a hot tub. There was no hot tub. When I mentioned the host about it, he said that he was not aware of any hot tub. The check out instructions for the house say to vacuum the hot tub, but there is no hot tub. The main reason we chose this house is because we thought there was a hot tub as advertised.

Perfect house in a wonderful neighborhood

The house had plenty of room for our small family to spread out, and the open living/dining room with kitchen were a great place to gather. The property was clean and stocked well. The back yard with a gate leading to a neighborhood park was a great surprise for our one-year-old. There were plenty of clean toys and kids books tucked away that helped make entertaining our little guy a lot easier. It was clear that a lot of thought was given to family comfort.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed the weekend in this location and found the proximity to West Chester’s main area to be the highlight of the property. It was a very simple 8-10 minute Uber ride in, so that was very convenient when you don’t want to be driving. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities you need. I was a little put off initially when the property management asked for names of all who would be there, and I found some of the fees that they list in the welcome packet to be outrageous. However, we experienced no issues, and I’d recommend this property to others looking to stay in and around West Chester.

I love to travel myself and so it is near and dear to my heart to have a great way of experiencing areas from a more "local" perspective.

Why they chose this property

It is so conveniently located in between West Chester & Exton in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of big box shopping, dining, etc. in Exton along with all of the quaint restaurants, bars, and shops of the West Chester Borough. King of Prussia is also just 15-20 minutes away and the exton train station just 5 minutes down the road.

What makes this property unique

It has a great open floor plan on the entire 1st floor as well as two bedrooms on the 1st floor for anyone with issues with the steps. It has a full bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floor. The park backs up to the house which is extremely convenient and nice to get some fresh air!
