Cleanest VRBO I have ever visited! Very impressed with the kitchen items available for us and the grounds and location can't be beat! You can walk almost anywhere - so many great food stops just near the unit. We visited w/ 2 kids and really enjoyed the unit and space. We would definitely come back!

Great Location in Kīhei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. We love the convenient location on the 2nd floor, there are stairs right outside the condo if you don’t want to use the elevator. Tons of restaurants, shops, and a health food grocery right across the street. Very clean and well stocked. Absolutely love the rooftop garden with 4 nice grills. Very well maintained property. No ocean view from this particular condo but the Royal Mauian is ocean side, just steps to Kam I and II.

Great Beach Access

This is a great unit at the end of the building that has been recently updated. The location of the unit provides easy access to the beach north of the building. The building has plenty of seating by the ocean.

Prefect Stay

This place had everything you would need. It’s a prefect location with a grocery store and good restaurants options across the street and the beach is a 5 min walk. Highly recommend. Will be booking our stay here again.

First time in Maui- Amazing!

Great property- everything we needed was here. Condo was more than big enough for 4 adults and 1 child. Love the location! Beach is a very short walk, as well as some shopping and restaurants/pubs. We are already planning our next trip back to Maui

Family New Years Trip

The condo is well taken care of and nicely maintained. The only downer is that the room has zero lanai or ocean view. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, but I missed sitting on the lanai watching the ocean.

Great location; comfortable beds

We greatly enjoyed having a great beach for boogie boarding, strolling, and watching sunsets right outside the door. Having restaurants and a great grocery store across the street is also fantastic. The beds and sofa were all firm and super comfortable. The one downside is that the apartment faces the street, not the ocean; the upside of which is that I can afford to stay in such a great location.

The condo was very clean, updated and full of all the amenities you could need. Love the coffee maker! At first thought the condo location was going to be a long walk for beach and pool but used the stairs right out the front door also made for easy access to parking lot as well. Had a great stay, thank you.

Perfect Family Accomodations!

My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in this condo and it was truly perfect. It was immaculately kept and cleaned, had literally everything we needed, and felt like it was right in the middle of Kihei. It was on the beach, but also within walking distance of everything - grocery store, restaurants, snorkel and surf rentals, etc. The beds were super comfy for all of us, and even though it was on the street side of the building, we felt like we didn’t hear much traffic. It was definitely a home away from home and we had a lovely time staying. Would gladly stay again!

Family vacation, first time to Hawaii

We really enjoyed this property. The location is steps away from the beach. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The pool and rooftop area are both very nice. This unit faces the street side but it is very quiet. Communication with the host was easy and they always got back to me right away. I would definitely love smtp stay here again.

Amazing location!

We were thrilled with the location of the property. I agree that having an ocean view would be preferable - but the unit was conveniently located to walk to the beach or to walk to coffee or restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was well stocked with towels and beach gear. We had some sugar ants and contacted the manager who was extremely responsive and sent someone the next day to address it. We would absolutely stay here again.
