The home is nice and furnished with comfortable furniture and accessories. The view is great. Just keep in mind it is a bit of a drive to get anywhere like Boone and Blowing Rock. We had a great family experience and recommend it to others.

Spectacular view. The cabin was exactly as promised. Hours spent with family on the porch making wonderful memories. Very secluded and peaceful. Many many hiking trails in the areas that our adult kids loved. Community pool was very nice. Saw so many deer on the winding road up to the cabin and wild turkeys! An absolutely wonderful vacation.

My family loved our stay at Bear’s Watch! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the cabin provided plenty of fun for our teens. Will definitely come back!

We had a great time! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we would possibly need. Very clean. The views were spectacular. We were able to see the ski resort fireworks from the porch. The host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!
