Vermont’s Secluded Island Getaway

Our Meadowhouse apartment sits peacefully on 20 secluded acres overlooking Vermont wetlands and wildlife habitat. It is a second story apartment with lovely pastoral views of the neighboring farm and sunsets. Guests have access to the lake, restaurant and outdoor facilities at the nearby Ruthcliffe Lodge & Restaurant (a five minute walk away). The apartment is accessed by a 10+step, staircase and is not handicapped accessible.
The space
Bicycles and kayaks are available to guests. An outdoor deck with picnic table and bbq is located by apartment entrance.
Other things to note
The bed accommodation is a queen size bed. There is also a double futon/sofa in the living area.

We are long time bed & breakfast/restaurant owners. We love traveling around Europe on our off season. We are both Vermonters who enjoy meeting guests and providing wonderful hospitality!

Our property sits on 21 private acres of beautiful meadows. Guests can enjoy stunning sunsets to the west. Wildlife abounds here. It is a two-minute walk to
magnificent Lake Champlain where you can enjoy 600 feet of lakeshore with free use of kayaks, swim raft and waterfront decks. Bicycles are also available on property, free of charge.
