The condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable with great Smoky Mountain decor. The balcony was wonderful with great mountain views. Very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg and great restaurants. We loved that we could walk to Smoky Mountain National Park trails. We will definitely be back.

Excellent communication. The condo is located in a convenient area of Gatlinburg. The exceptional decoration of the condo with comfortable furnishings added to the enjoyment of our stay. The balconies were a favorite place to spend the beginning and ending of the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wonderful property with unbeatable location in downtown Gatlinburg. We had views of the fireworks display for the 4th of July and walking distance to most all of the major attractions on the strip plus a Mountain View.

We’ve rented several condos from this host in the past, and this downtown Gatlinburg unit is yet another winner! Their properties are always impeccably clean, accurately described, and in the perfect location to easily walk to local attractions and dining. This was our second time staying in this condo. It was extremely clean and the host was great. The condo was so close that you could walk to everything in Gatlinburg. Definitely will stay here again.

Our hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. The condo was excellent- highly recommend. Great decor, space and it was nice being so close to the main strip. We loved the ‘escape room’, arcade, the southern bistro (‘Over-Easy Al’s) and SkyPark. Fun family fun

Very clean & well kept condo. You can tell the owners take pride in it. Ideal location and within walking distance to anywhere in the main area of Gatlinburg. We were there for New Years Eve and had the most perfect view from the front door balcony. No crowds and stayed warm. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit to friends & family.

This place is a great place to stay to visit Gatlinburg, Cades Cove, Dollywood and the Smoky’s. We got lucky and saw 6 bears during our 3 day stay!
