This place is a great place to stay to visit Gatlinburg, Cades Cove, Dollywood and the Smoky’s. We got lucky and saw 6 bears during our 3 day stay!

Comfortable Convenience

Great location, walkable to all downtown Gatlinburg offers! Basic supplies provided and condo’s interior is clean, organized and relaxing. We actually got to see bears walk along the fence along the balcony at ground level! A great stay with plenty of room for four adults.

This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg and everything about this condo was AMAZING! Close to everything in town we were able to walk and leave our car parked. Able to see some bears in the parking lot and along the fence line! The listing of the condo matched perfectly to what we found when we arrived! Definitely will not be our last visit and will not hesitate to stay here again!

This property was in a perfect location for hitting all the attractions. Walk out the front door turn left and your on the street in 2 minutes. You don’t need to move your car unless you’re leaving Gatlinburg. It’s a second floor unit which I liked because it gives you a better view of the mountains and the down town. Fast elevator coupled with plenty of luggage carts I had all my wife’s luggage in the condo in 10 minutes.

Comfortable, cozy and very clean!!

This is centrally located in downtown Gatlinburg but has a hillside view. Easy walking to all the shops and restaurants on the strip. The condo is fully equipped and spotlessly clean! Great view off the front or rear porch and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and responsive to a couple quick questions and offered dining recommendations. We hope to stay with them again soon. Thanks for a very enjoyable visit!

Excellent property close to the park entrance

From the minute you enter the condo you can tell it is well cared for, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your time in the area. I chose this property base on location to the park entrance and photos. Communication with owners was excellent and check-in check-out process was easy. Owners were available to help with anything that we needed.

This probably is the cleanest place we've ever rented. It was close to the Gatlinburg strip, so we walked everywhere and saved on parking. The condo was spacious and quiet. We didn't hear any of the neighbors. Quick response from the owners when we had a question. Perfect place to stay and will stay there if we visit again. Thanks!

Great place to stay

Booked this place for my sisters bachelorette party. Fits 6 people very comfortably. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, living room space was perfect for that amount of people. Kitchen was well stocked. We were concerned about weather since we went in January and the owners communicated quickly with us and answered my questions. The location was great for everything we wanted to do! Our longest walk was from the condo to Ole Red and it was about 0.7 miles. We all go to gatlinburg at least once a year and definitely plan to stay here again!

Cook Family

The cook family enjoyed every bit of our stay. We always rent a cabin high in the mountains. We decided to try something different this year. When I say we had the best of both worlds I am not kidding. Amazing views, location to the strip within steps and we got to see bears. (Best part of our trip according to our children) We will definitely be marking this as one of our favorite spots and will be renting here every year. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn’t find one thing to complain about if I had to. We look forward to next year!

Would definitely stay here again!! Loved the location, and able to walk downtown. The elevator that is accessible to downtown being down our whole stay was definitely a bummer. The hill to the condo is pretty steep to walk!
