The location is close and very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Which was perfect for us. We weren't doing a lot of cooking or staying in at the condo. Also nice since parking can be difficult and expensive to find in downtown Newport. The A/C was out in the entire complex which wasn't communicated until we checked in. However, they had temporarily remedied the problem with temporary air units in each condo. Bedrooms stayed cool and the main living space was adequate for the time we were actually staying in. We were told the HVAC system was going to be taken care of the next day..nothing really changed during our stay but I would guess it's been addressed by now.
