Comfort and cleanliness are top on our list. So comfortable and well appointed. The bed was just how we like it. Slept great! Very clean. Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

First of all we were greeted by a the cutest pupperoni. 10/10 welcome committee! The apartment was cozy, clean, and very cute. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. This place is far enough away for peace and relaxation but close enough to Acadia, Bangor, and Katahdin for convenience. It really felt like a home away from home.

O’ d stayed at several properties in the area, and this was one of the best. Clean, well appointed & with fabulous hosts who are right next door! Todd met me when i arrived, showed me around & explained everything. The lake is pristine & I loved kayaking. Todd was wonderful as he helped me bring the kayak back to the rack. I would definitely stay in either this apartment again or their cottage.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Checking in and out was a breeze, everything was clean and very cozy feeling. It was nice having what we needed to clean up after ourselves and a washer and dryer. I like to cook when I travel, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and pots and pans needed to prepare food for ourselves. The property is gorgeous. Waking up by the water was a highlight for me. It’s very close to Bangor, but we spent most of our time near Acadia. It was a very easy and beautiful drive, about an hour away. Very worth it to have a peaceful place to stay. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Our stay was wonderful. Spend most of the time with family, but it was so nice to come to a comfortable place by the lake to sleep and rest for the next days adventures. Highly recommend this place. Place was clean and easy to access. Thank you.

Better than we imagined spot on Brewer Lake! Built for family member and therefore extra special in every way. Hosts went our of their way to help with our boat in and out, and they also pointed us toward good restaurants and other special local places. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and were a bit sad to leave. However, we will return!

Excellent experience, would absolutely stay again!Todd was an incredible host - great communication, he made the space even more friendly and comfortable.The space itself is close enough that if you need something the hosts can be there quickly but far enough that you have privacy. We had plenty of room and the kitchen & washer/dryer were a such a plus!Though the space is in a secluded area it’s not a far drive to Bangor or Bar Harbor for city life! Overall a perfect way to get to know Maine

The apartment was cute and quiet place to sleep and work. The location was beautiful by the lake and woods. Wifi worked well for us. It’s in a great location between Bangor and Bar Harbor/Acadia. The place was clean and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. Kitchen had what we needed to cook and do laundry. Only suggestion is adding contactless entry for those that may prefer it.

Great gem off the beaten path.

Todd was a great and very accommodating host. We had 2 small motorcycle trailers and he made room at his small lake house. We enjoyed the quiet location as we were out all day riding touring various parts of Maine. It was a great place to rest at night and relax before we headed out the next morning.

Good Location Near Bangor

We stayed here for a week. We used it as our base for touring northern and central Maine. We had very positive contacts with our host. The location is on a beautiful lake about fifteen minutes south of Bangor. This is an apartment above the garage. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, and the road was safe for walking. We enjoyed our stay here and would do so again.

The apartment was very clean, very quiet area and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of city life. Nestled way back in the woods off main road. Perfect for us. Owner was very nice, he sat down with us and gave the layout of the area and the apartment. Good location for sightseeing surrounding areas. Bar Harbor, Winter Harbor, Acadia National Park was 11/2 hr drive.. Portland 2 1/2 hour drive. Bangor 10 min. Must try Timber Kitchen and Bar in Bangor, then walk across street to casino for a little fun.

This was the best experience ever. The hosts were kind and courteous. They offered a ride on their boat. They had all the amenities you could think of in place. It was clean and bright. I work from home and did some while staying and the internet was very stable and reliable. The furniture was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed (I hate cooking, but for the right person, it is awesome). It was the best experience and we highly recommend staying with them. We hope they have a very successful season!

We normally stay downtown Bangor for our annual girls shopping weekend but decided to try something different this year and happy we did. At first we thought we were going to be ‘in the boonies!’ but everything was literally 15-20 min away. It was so peaceful on the lake and we felt like we got 2 vacations in one and felt rested even though we still got in our shopping We truly appreciated the parking pass Cindy gave us when we went to the Matt Rife show because it was insane traffic downtown Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I got to go for a luvly evening kayak out to see the loons. Great hosts

Cindy and Todd were amazing hosts to the perfect lake getaway. The apartment was private and spacious for 3 adults. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the lake and opening the door at night to listen to the loons. It was very central to many different hiking trails and destination spots like Arcadia National Park, so we had plenty to keep us busy. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to vacation. I think we found our yearly vacation spot and can't wait to come back next year!
