Large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, well maintained home less than a mile from AJ's Family Fun Center and Hill and Hollow Campground near Pentwater. 3 miles to the quaint Village of Pentwater for restaurants, ice cream parlors, shopping and the beautiful Charles Mears State Park on the white, sandy beach of Lake Michigan.
Large outdoor deck overlooking quiet wooded lot. Room for 8 renters with all amenities including central air.
Property rents Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum during peak summer weeks, with shorter 3 night minimums in Spring and Fall.
Portable fire pit and charcoal grill for your outdoor enjoyment.
Owner will consider longer than one week rentals for a discount.

Extremely well stocked with all essentials. Very reasonably priced; location next to highway but still quiet. I would gladly return to this rental. Some confusion between the web site description and rental agency, but easily resolved. Nice 2 mile jog north of Pentwater.
