This Cozy 1 bed 1 bath getaway has location, location, location! Close to all the great sights, beaches, fishing, Founders Park, shopping and restaurants. It has a fantastic screened lanai with a direct view of the condo's canal and gazebo. It is hard to beat for both the summer and winter months. Condo has off street parking for 2 cars, direct ocean access, and some of the amenities include a heated pool, boat dock (We can accommodate a registered 25 ft boat, dockage is included in the rental on availability), boat yard, boat ramp, tennis/pickle ball courts, and free washer/dryer. Apartment comes fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 4 (King in the Master bedroom and Sofa bed in living room) kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher. This is your chance to visit this great location at a reduced "pre-remodel" price.

Location, Location, Location

So close to the blue waters of the Florida Keys! Perfect for couples! The amenities were numerous, and although it is really retro (Harvest Gold appliances), I can't imagine what the place will look like when it gets the overhaul that the owner is planning. I will definitely be staying here again. Jim was so attentive to every detail; a great host!
