Two bedroom, one bath house, with a newly remodeled bathroom, large fenced yard with hot tub and decks.

An older indoor/outdoor cat lives here full time.

Easily access to The Urban Trail, Aspen Place, and downtown.

The space
This is a well-loved home in west Flagstaff with a newly renovated bathroom, luxurious back yard, and comfortable bedrooms. The house is tucked back in a peaceful neighborhood near NAU, and is easily accessible to downtown. I live here part-time, so it should always feel welcoming. My cat lives here full time, so even if you're traveling solo, you'll have a companion during your stay here.

There are two parking spots in the driveway. On-street parking is free and available except in the winter you'll be cited and/or towed for blocking the snow ploughs.

Walking and biking is easy too. The urban trail, Aspen Place and Downtown are close.

Perfect Flagstaff Getaway

This is one of the cutest VRBO's I've rented. The location was centrally located but also in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect space for 2-3 people. Loved having the hot tub and private backyard. Best of all, you get to hang out with the sweetest cat who snuggles with you at night!

Great stay in Flagstaff

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little home. The back yard was private and the hot tub was relaxing after long days of enjoying the outdoors. Beds were comfortable and my 15 year old slept well on the couch. Rerun the cat is super sweet and we enjoyed having her relax on the couch with us in the evenings. She did wake me up early a couple mornings to eat but I didn’t mind. Overall a fun and relaxing stay!

A home away from home

Erin’s home made our stay absolutely amazing. The house cat was waiting in the window to welcome us. The home was decorated for Christmas and was so adorable. The beds were super comfy with plenty of blankets. And the star of the show was the amazing hot tub and gorgeous backyard! 10/10 stay, the entire home was extremely clean and homey. Going to miss the cat re-run the most!!!
