Very nice rental! Was prefect for my family of 4. More than enough room, we didn't even use one of the rooms. We loved the design of the rental. The art gallery was awesome. The cowboy pool was fun. The owner was very nice and attentive. A clean and quite home that we appreciated.

House was nice no central heating but the unit in the living room did a great job. Bed was super comfortable and the little art gallery was very cool. Overall would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The art gallery was a nice touch. The host provided everything we needed and communication was great. The house could have used a quick vacuuming especially in corners, but overall we had a nice stay! Location was great!

Comfortable House in JT

Very clean and comfortable place with just a few short blocks from town. If only the cowboy tub was a Jacuzzi. Super convenient and easy to get to.

After a long day of hiking all around Joshua tree, it was satisfying to come home to this rental that was clean and comfortable. The decorations make it a truly memorable experience. We didn’t even get to use all of the amenities that were at the house. Loved the corner coffee table.

Joshua Tree adventure home base

Our family with 3 boys really enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were super clean and inviting. The outdoor space was big enough for some pre-Thanksgiving football practice. We didn't get to enjoy the pool like we hoped due to colder weather, but it looked inviting after a day of hiking in Joshua Tree.

This place is very cute and clean, and is very conveniently located for spending time in Joshua Tree...... IF you plan on visiting in winter time. The house does have AC, but it DOES NOT cool the house well at all in summer time. It is 1 mini split unit located in the kitchen, so the bedrooms never cool down. We ended up sleeping in a hotel room and just using the kitchen at this house to eat meals.

Did you have the AC turned on correctly with turbo? You never reached out and mentioned anything about being uncomfortable. There are also fans in each bedroom to circulate the air. There was an excessive heat wave during your visit. You may not have had the AC set correctly. The AC unit was correctly installed for the size of the house, but it is not duct into every room as stated in the description. The person right before you was there on 7/10 had no problems and left a five star review.

A Breath of Fresh Air

My young daughters and I have been to Joshua Tree many times, some with overnight stays. It was our first time taking my sister who lives out of state. First, you absolutely can't beat the location of this property! It's very close to the entrance of the park, in a quiet neighborhood and there's grocery stores and everything you need within 10 miles or so. I appreciated the attention to detail at the property. Check in and check out information was detailed and clear. We received instructions ahead of time letting us know where to find extra supplies, how to use climate control and there's a private art gallery. Kitchen had exactly everything we needed. The kids loved the cowboy pool! Very family friendly for my kids age 9 & 11. You can tell Eddie genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a relaxing stay. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he responded right away to get us back in. We use VRBO frequently. I highly recommend this property!
